We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Administrator. Your exceptional organisation and communication skills will be used to manage various administrative tasks.
- Develop relationships with clients and management and report to them with a focus on providing quality customer service.
- Explicit and concise communication with all relevant suppliers and internal staff.
- Inventory - Assist with Warehouse staff to complete stock on-hand checks/cycle counts and investigating and correcting issues with stock.
- General administrative tasks for processes and systems.
- Record pallet usage on CC consignments and the xdock/dispatch on spreadsheet.
**Skills and Experience**
- Prior experience in warehouse administration is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Sound computer and system skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
