About the Role
TAB Resources is seeking a motivated HSEQ Advisor to support our growing operations across mining, heavy industry and specialised project work. This role is ideal for a capable safety professional ready to step up into strategic leadership, with a structured development pathway into the HSEQ Manager position.
You'll work closely with engineering, project delivery and trades teams to strengthen safety culture, maintain compliance, and drive continuous improvement across multiple client sites.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day‑to‑day HSEQ guidance, coaching, and support across project teams.
Maintain and improve HSEQ management systems, procedures and documentation.
Conduct site inspections, audits, incident investigations, and risk assessments.
Facilitate toolbox talks, inductions, and targeted safety training.
Support project mobilisation and compliance requirements for high‑risk environments.
Partner with the leadership team to deliver HSEQ improvement initiatives.
Contribute to reporting, analytics, and governance activities.
What We're Looking For
Experience in HSEQ within mining, heavy industry, construction or similar high‑risk sectors.
Strong understanding of WHS legislation, risk management and safety systems.
Confident communicator capable of engaging both field crews and senior stakeholders.
Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
Formal HSEQ qualifications (Cert IV or above) preferred.
