Job Description
You will work as a planner supporting the delivery of maintenance services agreements, championing robust systems and processes to optimise outcomes.
The role involves scoping work packages, coordinating materials and services, packaging work for optimal execution, preparing planning folders, validating estimates, booking third-party services, undertaking system transactions, and conducting site visits.
Key Responsibilities:
* Scoping work packages accurately to ensure timely completion without delays or rework.
* Coordinating resources and materials for seamless execution.
* Packaging work to optimise travel time, reduce supply interruptions, and enhance customer satisfaction.
* Preparing robust planning folders with all required documentation.
* Validating Reasonable Estimates (REs) for accurate planning and resource allocation.
* Booking third-party services for timely delivery.
* Undertaking system transactions for operational readiness.
* Conducting site visits to assess safe and efficient delivery methodologies.
About You
You are a self-motivated planner with deep knowledge of electrical networks and maintenance operations, possessing strong decision-making, communication, and problem-solving skills.
This role requires you to thrive in dynamic environments and consistently deliver high-quality planning outcomes that meet safety compliance and operational standards.
