Caseworker, Youth Justice and Victim Support
Our team seeks a dedicated Caseworker to join our youth justice and victim support program in Beaudesert QLD. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young people and be passionate about reducing re-offending.
The successful applicant will work closely with stakeholders to identify risk factors contributing to re-offending, implementing evidence-based strategies to mitigate these risks. Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and maintaining effective relationships with community partners, families, and victims of crime.
* Collaborating with internal teams to share knowledge and best practices for rehabilitation programs.
