Client Service Associate



Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Client Service Associate to join our team. As a Client Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their employee plan participants.

You will work closely with our Senior Associates and internal stakeholders to ensure all functions and activities of client accounts are anticipated, actioned, and reviewed in a timely manner.

Your responsibilities will include responding to internal and external stakeholder inquiries, maintaining the employee register, generating reports, processing sales and transfers, and involvement in dividend and sale replacement payment transactions.

In addition, you will oversee event management by managing the Scope and Discovery process, executing events within established timeframes, analyzing and escalating risks, and coordinating with departments to ensure timely delivery of all activities.

We are looking for someone who is a great communicator, able to balance conflicting priorities, and is technology savvy.

The ideal candidate will have strong PC skills, a high level of familiarity with MS Office products, specifically MS Excel, and ability to manage changing priorities and strong time management skills.



Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* High level of organization and attention to detail
* Proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Excel
