We are seeking a **Communications Executive**, who will be an ambassador of the Brand helping to grow our brand image, brand desirability and share of voice across social, print and digital media channels within Australia and New Zealand.
Missions
**As the Communications Executive, your main responsibilities will include**:
Contribution to the growth of **brand desirability** across all media channels for Louis Vuitton corporate and product categories: Ready to wear, leather goods, watches and jewellery, accessories, and fragrance, involving:
- Coordination of all editorial requests, liaising with different country offices as necessary to ensure no opportunities are missed
- Development and execution of the communications strategy for all new store openings and Pop Ups in conjunction with the Assistant Communications Manager
- Monitoring and analysis media coverage on Louis Vuitton and competitors editorial and activities
- Managing press rack rotation in conjunction with the regional Louis Vuitton PR teams
- Compiling profile submissions for editorial shoots and dressings
- Organisation of press, stylist and influencer store appointments
Development and implementation of **strategic influencer social campaigns** to drive recruitment and desirability:
- Presentation of monthly social plans, showcasing new strategies and ideas
- Collaboration with Merchandising teams to ensure alignment with product launches
- Coordinate influencer outreach and identify new profiles which align with Louis Vuitton
Manage the annual **marketing plan **for all stores, working closely with internal and external stakeholders
Assist on **Events **with production, catering, entertainment, logistic and hospitality
Manage **reporting **activities, including
- Maintain internal marketing calendar
- Manage the monitoring and reporting of all Louis Vuitton and key competitor activity
- Maintain media and influencer database
Profil
- A minimum of 2-3 years in Communication and Events
- Good understanding of digital marketing trends
- Exceptional communication and time management skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment
- Positive attitude, drive for results and enthusiasm
- Self-starter
- Problem solving, a sense of initiative and agility
- Computer literacy essential across Word, Power-point, Excel
