Job Title: Technology Operations Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technology Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of technology systems, providing technical support and guidance to users, and maintaining accurate records of IT equipment and software licenses.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to and resolve Level 1 support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system.
* Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
* Assist with basic software installation and updates.
* Troubleshoot basic connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN).
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience as an IT Support Officer, a current driver's license, and tertiary qualifications in IT. Relevant industry certifications such as MS and ITIL are also desirable.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT systems and software.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
