Microsoft Solution Architect
Security Clearance: Negative Vetting Level 1 (NV1)
The Solution Architect will support the team to ensure alignment to common architecture standards and patterns.
It is expected that the Solution Architect will have skills and experience in accordance with the following duties:
Proficient with a range of Microsoft technologies, consistent with the requirements of this engagement.Engaging with business and technical stakeholders on aspects of solution architecture and design.Identifying effective solutions to solve business and technical problems.Create and update architectural and design documentationUndertake development of and provide advice on technical designs, provide oversight of technical implementation, supporting development, integration, quality assurance and deployment activities from an architectural perspective.Working with a blended team utilising an Agile (iterative/incremental) methodology.Share knowledge, as required by the client.Microsoft Developer
Security Clearance: Negative Vetting Level 1 (NV1)
Personnel for these services will have strong experience in cloud-based development in Dynamics365 and other Microsoft technologies, using common techniques, languages and frameworks including user interface design.
Application Developer roles include:
Designing and developing applications in accordance with software development best practices, security policies and accessibility guidelines.Providing technical advice and leadership.Applying DevOps practices and automation for efficient delivery where practicable.Senior (5+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 and .NET development)Test Analyst/ Test Lead

Personnel for these services will be skilled software testing practitioners, with skills and expertise:
Experience with test planning, test design and execution, test reporting, defect triage and remediation processes.Experience testing different software applications, workflows and process, predominately within the Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform technologies.Preparation of testing estimates, including identifying resource requirements, to inform project planning and allocation of personnel.Experience with mainstream test management platforms and tools.Experience working in IT projects using Agile methodology.Experience with test automation processes, frameworks and toolsets primarily for regression testing activitiesBusiness Analyst/ Systems Analyst
Access level Standard Security Clearance: Baseline
Personnel for these services will have experience in defining business problems via in-depth investigation and gathering of technical and non-technical information.
They will be able to demonstrate experience as follows:

An IT Delivery/Project Manager would be required to demonstrate the following:

Cyber Security specialists will be expected to:
Provide cyber security design advice, standards and develop security documentation in the context of the project.Evaluate systems and applications against common attack vectors, prescribed hardening and vendor guidance, and ensure the timely and effective implementation of required security controls.Develop methods and process which achieve the Departments cyber security objectives and outcomes, and facilitate the uplift of cyber security awareness culture within the project team (including business stakeholders)
