As the Manager, Business Systems, you'll play a pivotal role in driving corporate planning, infrastructure projects, asset management, and business improvement strategies.
Working closely with the General Manager and Executive Director, you'll contribute to best practice initiatives, business compliance, internal communications, and staff recognition programs, while ensuring policies and procedures align with contemporary pharmacy practice across South Australia.You'll be a trusted subject matter expert and mentor, providing leadership in areas such as workforce planning, financial and capital resource optimisation, and system-wide pharmacy service support.
Collaborating with Directors and Associate Directors of Pharmacy Services, you'll help deliver safe, efficient, and cost-effective services that contribute to improved patient outcomes.
