WANTED: Hard-Working Crew Member for Irrigation Construction – MUST BE WILLING TO WORK AWAY FROM HOME
ABOUT THE JOB
We're based in Darling Downs, but this role involves regular travel to job sites across QLD & NSW. All travel, accommodation, and meals are fully covered.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
* Assemble and maintain lateral & pivot irrigation systems in the field
* Work outdoors in hot, dusty, and tough conditions—this is a physically demanding job
* Use hand and power tools to build and install irrigation equipment
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
* Willing to travel and work away from home for weeks at a time
* Reliable and hardworking—you show up on time and get the job done
* Hands-on and mechanically minded (irrigation experience is a bonus)
* Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
* Takes pride in their work and works well without constant supervision
* Must hold valid Australian work rights
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (Not Required):
* White Card (Construction Induction)
* HC License
* Working at Heights ticket
* Bobcat, Dogman certification
* Experience with tools, machinery, or mechanical work
* Prior farm, construction, or outdoor labor experience
