The Role
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring product requirements are well-documented for development by cross-functional teams.
Acting as a conduit between product management and development teams, you will contribute to the consistency and quality of our business analyst practice.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure business analysis standards are maintained
Perform capability analysis to identify key business capabilities and isolate areas of potential improvements
Consult with product owners and product managers to identify solution options to new business requirements
Analysis and design of operational processes and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), including feasibility assessment with affected stakeholders and developing supporting documentation
Produce functional and non-functional specs (such as user stories, wireframes, epics) for product changes and enhancements
The Skills We're Looking For:
Experience in B2B payments, B2C payments, and bulk payments
Experience with NPP scheme rules, operations, or equivalent experience
Strong ability to converse with diverse range of external stakeholders including participants, compliance bodies
Experience with ISO 20022/NPP
