About the Job

* Represent Amazon in conciliation meetings with the Australian Fair Work Commission (FWC) and other labour arbitration bodies, ensuring fair practices and positive outcomes.

* Collaborate with legal, enforcement, and policy teams to mitigate risks associated with labour disputes, compliance issues, and regulatory changes.

* Gather, organize, and maintain comprehensive case files, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality.

* Conduct deep dives, gather evidence, and conference with stakeholders to support case preparation and defense.
">
* Cross-functionally develop proactive risk mitigation strategies and policy recommendations to minimize legal exposure and enhance compliance.

Minimum Qualifications
">

* 6+ years of compliance, audit or risk management experience
">
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
">
* Experience engaging with regulatory agencies in permit applications or equivalent

* Experience developing and implementing standards, policies and programs or equivalent

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Master's degree or equivalent

* Experience building cross-functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders across the organization to act without having a direct reporting relationship
