Financial Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support our financial operations, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day finance functions.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting leadership with accurate reporting and proactive business insights. You will be responsible for managing finance functions, including payroll, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and BAS preparation.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day finance operations, including budgeting and forecasting.
* Prepare monthly reports, analysis to support decision-making.
* Maintain financial compliance and liaise with external accountants as required.
* Provide professional administrative support to the General Manager and wider team.
* Be the first point of contact for customers delivering exceptional service.
* Contribute to the development of Quality Management Integrated Management Systems.
* Support a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
* Certificate or Bachelor's degree in business finance or equivalent experience.
* Minimum 3-years experience in finance administration role.
* Proficiency with Xero and strong Microsoft Office/Google Suite skills.
* Excellent organisational skills, ability to work independently and prioritise tasks.
* Strong attention to detail, initiative and proactive mindset.
