The opportunity
Are you a confident Change Management Specialist professional ready to drive meaningful organisational transformation? Join us as we introduce a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and reshape how our teams work across every division.
You are strategic, people-focused, and skilled at guiding organisations through change. You bring strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities, a structured approach to change planning, and experience supporting teams as new processes, data practices, and technologies are adopted.
This role spans culture, communication, training, and readiness activities, offering a unique opportunity to influence how we work and ensure our CRM implementation lands successfully and sustainably.
Based in Subiaco this is a fixed term full-time position, and the contract runs through to 5 November 2026.

What you'll be doing:
* Develop and execute end-to-end change management plans, including people, communication, and training strategies.
* Analyse the impact of proposed changes on employees, business units, and IT systems, identifying risks and mitigation actions.
* Deliver clear, consistent communications to keep stakeholders informed, engaged, and aligned with project objectives.
* Partner with our Instructional Designer to develop and deliver training and materials that build user readiness for the new Salesforce CRM.
* Monitor progress, measure change effectiveness using KPIs, and report outcomes to the Project Manager.
* Identify and address resistance through proactive engagement, coaching, and support.
* Ensure change activities support broader project and organisational goals.
* Work collaboratively with IT, management, and divisional stakeholders to maintain productive relationships.
* Oversee change implementation, ensuring thorough integration, functional, and user acceptance testing is completed.
* Participate in Corporate Services team meetings and perform other duties as directed by the IT Manager.
About you
* Experience in developing and maintaining high-quality change management deliverables, including communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and change impact assessments.
* Expertise in stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
* Experience in developing training resources, delivering training, and conducting workshops for a diverse group of users.
* Suitable tertiary qualification in IT, business and/or management.
* Proficient in MS Office applications.
* Experience with Salesforce (ideally Nonprofit Cloud) CRM systems.
* Confident working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments. (desirable)
* Strong understanding of Salesforce releases and deployment schedules. (desirable)
* Functional skills with the ability to understand business processes and how they interact with Salesforce.
* Ability to apply problem solving techniques across a variety of applications.
* Ability to work in a small, focused team.
