Responsibilities
* Providing a high standard of Customer Service
* Ensuring location meets audit and customer service standards
* Ensure compliance to company policies and procedures in line with the agency agreement
* Working efficiently and effectively in a team environment
* Maintaining Avis standards in line with company guidelines
* Liaising with the Fleet and Commercial Managers for fleet requirements
* Printing, actioning and monitoring reports to initiate appropriate actions
* Performing duties as requested
* Identifying potential business opportunities
Qualifications
* A solid entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to succeed in their own business
* The ability to operate a small business, along with the necessary financial & statutory reporting skills
* Proficiency in using the Office suite
* Managerial or supervisory experienceBasic knowledge of employee relations legislation, including but not limited to Workplace Health & Safety, Bullying & Harassment
* The ability to work independently
* Exceptional customer service skills
