We're on the hunt for an enthusiastic Counter Sales Representative to join our tight-knit Townsville crew - someone who brings good energy, loves helping customers and is keen to build long-lasting relationships.

What you will be doing:
* Delivering top tier customer service and helping customers find the right products
* Fitting battery in-store (don't worry - we will train you)
* Following our quoting and sales systems
* Hitting achievable KPIs and earning great incentives
* Reporting directly to the Branch Manager
* After training, visiting new wholesale customers and building strong relationships
What we are looking for:
* Determination and a drive to succeed
* A positive, enthusiastic attitude
* Professional presentation
* A team player with a good sense of humour
* Physically capable of lifting batteries up to 25+ kg
* A current driver's licence (mandatory)
* Sales experience is a bonus — but not essential
