Key Responsibilities
- Manage a wide range of commercial law and litigation matters successfully;
- The role encompasses commercial law, business, estates, litigation, etc., depending on experience;
- Engage in dispute resolution and litigation;
- Draft correspondence, contracts, applications, affidavits, etc., with excellence;
- Negotiate outcomes effectively for clients;
- Brief Counsel for advice, mediations, and trials;
- Opportunity to work in other practice areas if interested.
Qualifications
- Experience in a Commercial Law or Litigation role;
- Strong prioritization, organization, and time management skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 365;
- Warm, friendly, and professional with a customer service focus;
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills;
- Flexible, proactive approach to team and business goals;
