About the role
Handle a portfolio of clients needing motor insurance
Process new quotes, renewals (re-marketing support provided by the offshore team)
Collect and update client information/documents
Deliver fantastic customer service to clients
Attend occasional industry networking events
About you
Experience in domestic insurance (motor, home & contents, or personal lines)
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client needs
Confident communicator who builds trust easily with clients
Keen to develop a career in insurance broking
Tier 1 or Tier 2 qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
