About the Position
Based out of our modern Pakenham facilities, the Senior Project Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership across a portfolio of power generation projects.
Reporting to the Project Delivery Manager, you will lead the full lifecycle of projects within your portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives while managing clients, stakeholders, and internal resources (people, budget, plant, and assets). You will set project governance, mentor Project Managers, and drive best-practice delivery from planning through execution and close-out, leading the team, crushing deadlines, and taking projects from concept to completion.
About You
You're a strategic, results-driven individual with extensive senior project management experience in multi-discipline engineering projects across manufacturing and installation. You bring financial acumen, risk management expertise, strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, and hands-on leadership. Skilled in project management/ERP systems, MS Office, stakeholder management, coaching teams, and interpreting engineering documentation, you have solid knowledge of Australian Standards and thrive delivering projects on time, on budget, to the highest standard, while building strong client and team relationships.
We would need you to have 3 years' experience as a Senior Project Manager, with at least 15 years' experience as a Project Manager.
A bachelor’s degree or relevant trade experience in engineering or a closely related discipline is highly regarded.
