Job Overview
The Client Solutions Officer role plays a vital part in managing agency partnerships and driving service delivery. Key responsibilities include:
* Responding to partner agency communications regarding service issues, new business opportunities, change requests, billing inquiries, reporting enquiries, and service improvements.
* Collaborating with the team to identify existing and potential agency partnership business opportunities and developing service requests, proposals, and customer journey maps.
* Gathering and analyzing partner agency relationship management information to inform strategic decisions.
* Supporting the team and service leads in managing agency portfolios, including preparing for and attending meetings.
* Maintaining and sharing data from management information systems with internal stakeholders.
* Providing regular reports on service performance, trends, risks, and issues, as well as ongoing service delivery improvement opportunities.
* Ensuring consistent service delivery and agency support through adherence to team processes and procedures.
