Our client is seeking experienced Clinical Care Manager for a medium sized facility in Hobart
1. Salary $135,000

Key responsibilities include:
7. Educate, mentor and support care staff to deliver a high level of quality care
8. Support the admission of new residents including assessments, care planning and reviews
9. Manage complex healthcare including wound care, infection control, pain management, falls and continence issues
10. Consult with residents, their families, allied health and medical practitioners
11. Lead the accurate and timely completion of reporting and documentation in line with relevant legislation, regulatory requirements, professional standards, policies and procedures
12. Ensure the facility functions in line with Residential Aged Care quality standards, legislation and best practice guidelines
13. Complete clinical auditing within the aged care facility
To be successful in the role, you will have:
14. Bachelor of Nursing
15. Current AHPRA registration
16. Experience in Aged Care Management
17. Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulatory requirements, professional standards, policies and procedures
18. Strong written and verbal communication skills
19. Sound clinical knowledge and assessment skills
20. National Police and NDIS clearances
21. Flu vaccination and Covid vaccinations
