Hunter Manning is partnering with a high-growth technology company to find an experienced Financial Controller to join their leadership team. This is a confidential search, and we’re seeking someone ready to take ownership in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Why this role?
This is more than your typical Financial Controller role. You'll be working closely with the CFO and executive leadership, leading a small team, shaping and embedding best practice controls, governance and process across financial reporting, cash flow management, risk management & treasury.
What you’ll bring:
* Strong foundations in accounting (CA/CPA qualified)
* Proven experience in international markets (multi currency)
* Confidence and assertiveness to lead, challenge, and drive change
* Comfort working under pressure and managing competing priorities
* A track record in multinational, high-growth, or PE-backed environments (Desirable)
* Strong willingness to adopt a hands on approach to implementing process and structure to the accounting function.
