Role Description
With support from the Executive Management team, this role is squarely focused onoperational excellence— ensuring the national tour is delivered safely, smoothly, and flawlessly across multiple jurisdictions.
You will work with a passionate and dedicated team to:
* Lead end-to-end operational planning and delivery of a multi-state national tour
* Coordinate logistics including transport, accommodation, permits, equipment, staffing and volunteers
* ManageMatildaas a high-value mobile operational asset
* Develop detailed schedules, run sheets, and contingency plans
* Identify and manage operational, safety, and compliance risks
* Act as the central point of operational control during tour delivery
* Liaise with the campaign agency to ensure plans are realistic and executable
* Oversee budgets, documentation, and reporting
About you
You thrive in environments that demand structure, accountability, and calm decision-making.
You may come fromdefence, emergency services, large-scale events, touring operations, infrastructure delivery, logistics, or similar complex operational environments.

Contract & Remuneration
* Fixed-term contract until approximately April 2026
* Approximately30–35 hours per weekor as needed to get the show on the road
* Competitive remuneration, commensurate with experience
* Based atLennox Head, NSW, with travel during the regional tour
