We are seeking a motivated Pre Contract Coordinator to provide quality assurance and administrative support for Preliminary Building Agreements. You will play a key role in ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and smooth workflow between the Sales and Pre-site teams. In this role, you will:
* Perform quality checks on all Sales Preliminary Building Agreements
* Update internal systems with workflow dates and relevant data
* Provide accurate and timely updates to the Sales Team and Contracts Administrators
* Assist Drafting, Estimating and Pre-site teams with queries regarding Preliminary Building Agreements
* Maintain effective working relationships with the Sales Team
