An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and reliable Receptionist to join our friendly and supportive Customer Service team at Your Solution Compounding Pharmacy.

This is a permanent, full-time position with hours ranging from 9am - 6pm from Monday to Friday.

What are we looking for?

As the first point and face of our practice, the right candidate for the reception role will be compassionate and caring, capable of balancing the client's care and needs while navigating the rapid pace of a dynamic business.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills with a polished telephone manner. Reliability, initiative and excellent time management skills are essential for this role. This is quite a fast-paced environment, so having the ability to work under pressure as well as exceptional attention to detail is critical. In a field that is highly innovative we require an individual with a growth mindset and a desire to learn and adapt to new exciting challenges in order to help more people get the excellent service they need. If you are highly goal driven and motivated by KPI's this is definitely the place for you.

Responsibilities

* Provide excellent customer service to our patients
* Receiving and processing orders for tailor made medications
* Answering high volume incoming phone calls and emails
* Processing sales and orders
* Sales and other administrative reports
* General administrative and office duties
* Hitting daily KPI's and striving to achieve team goals

Requirements
