This key role leads business development within strategic accounts; private hospital groups, public health procurement teams and senior stakeholder relationships to drive growth across Business Units (BUs) in the ANZ Region. The Corporate Accounts Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for key buying groups.
* Develops and manages profitable growth initiatives in Government and Private buying groups
* Works cooperatively with sales leaders to develop strategy for our key private hospital buying groups
* Analyses commercial and clinical decision-makers and their relationship with Smith +Nephew
* Participates in customer visits, working with Sales leaders to develop communication plans to these key customer group
* Delivers on pricing and volume growth targets across key buying groups, working in conjunction with pricing, sales and marketing teams
* Provides recommendations to sales and marketing leaders on pricing and rebate strategies for future business agreements
* Establishes and maintains private and government hospital agreements, adhering to the overarching contract management lifecycle process
* Prepares and executes strategic customer meetings
* Leverages deal teams nationally and internationally
* Analyses the accounts procurement strategy and requirements as well as the decision-making process stakeholders and boards
* Drives strategic projects and partnerships to increase robotics sales
