The Role
You'll step into a well-structured portfolio and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our property management team. The Day-to-day responsibilities include:
* Managing a portfolio with the support you need to succeed
* Overseeing repairs & maintenance with efficiency and care
* Handling arrears, rental reviews & compliance
* Conducting routine, ingoing & outgoing inspections
* Building and maintaining strong landlord & tenant relationships
About You
You're driven, organised, and passionate about property management. You bring a professional yet approachable style to your work, and you thrive when given responsibility and trust.
What we're looking for
* Minimum 4+ years' property management experience
* Current Real Estate License (ideal)
* Strong communication & problem-solving skills
* Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary & Benefits
* UP TO $120,000
* Monday to Friday only – no weekends
