Job Description
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients within the smart home and interior design sectors.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to meet sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and act as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient delivery of products and services.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to expand professional networks.
The Successful Applicant
- A background in sales, account management, or a related field.
- Experience working within the interior design or smart home sector is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A valid driver\'s licence.
