About the Role
Working as part of our Professional Services team, you will play a key role in expanding our White Collar Professional Services division. With a strong permanent recruitment portfolio already in place, your role will initially involve managing a blend of permanent and temporary recruitment activities. While you will inherit a small, established client base, success in this position requires the drive, initiative, and commercial acumen to build new relationships, generate additional business, and strategically grow your desk.
Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring:
* A positive, proactive attitude
* White‑collar recruitment experience, supported by industry contacts to help build and grow your desk
* A minimum of 3+ years recruitment experience to effectively manage client relationships and candidate processes
* A solid understanding of white‑collar roles and functions
* Strong technical capability, including confidence using CRMs and digital tools
* Excellent administration skills and a professional phone manner
* A passion for relationship building and the ability to develop genuine rapport
* A commitment to delivering outstanding service to clients and candidates
* Mid-level seniority with demonstrated ability to work independently whilst contributing to team objectives
