In this newly created role, we are looking for a skilled, Senior Business Analyst with vision and refined prioritization skills that can shape the future of products and processes.
About the Role
As our Senior Business Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in defining and delivering the product vision across your vertical. You'll work closely with General Managers, business leaders, and development teams to ensure our product roadmap is aligned with strategic goals and business priorities.
This is a 360° role — from backlog grooming and process improvement to testing, training, and stakeholder engagement. You'll be the bridge between business needs and technical execution, ensuring we deliver impactful, user-centric solutions.
You'll shape a product vision that's not just strategic but genuinely motivating, giving the team a sense of purpose and direction. You take ownership of the product backlog—organise priorities, write user stories that spark action, and tackle trade-offs with confidence to keep progress steady. You gather requirements and lead change efforts, ensuring everything is well‐documented and transitions are smooth.
You continually look for opportunities to improve how we work and bring in new solutions that make a real difference, encouraging teams to embrace innovation.
You make platform adoption easy by providing hands‐on education and support, empowering users to get the most out of our tools. You'll work hand‐in‐hand with teams across the business to deliver high‐quality solutions on time—keeping everyone informed, engaged, and working toward shared goals.
About You
You bring at least five years' experience in financial services or lending, where you've honed your expertise in our application, origination and marketing automation systems. Mapping business processes comes naturally to you. You're comfortable navigating the fast‐evolving world of system integrations and collaborating closely with technical teams to drive change.
You are fluent in Agile and help guide our teams through their Agile journey. You are familiar with Jira and Microsoft tools, and thrive in dynamic, fast‐paced environments. Ambiguity sparks your creativity. As an influential communicator, you can bridge the gap between stakeholders, inspiring teams and guiding cross‐functional projects with ease.
Your analytical mindset, conceptual thinking, and meticulous attention to detail stand out, as does your passion for tackling complex problems head‐on. You know your way around backlog grooming, sprint planning, and crafting user stories that inspire action. With exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and a CBAP certification (or equivalent) to your name, you're ready to make an impact from day one.
