Senior HR Advisor
We are seeking a dedicated Senior HR Advisor to join our growing project teams. This role will bring the people lens to support business decisions, thinking ahead of time about how decisions may impact the team and what needs to happen to enable the desired outcomes.
* The ideal candidate will have significant experience in major projects, construction or infrastructure environments preferably within joint ventures or multi-employer contexts.
This position requires strong communication skills with in-depth knowledge in HR, BP and IR Australian construction practices/standards. Experience working with unions, right of entry and consultation is essential as well as site project experience working with Fair Work Commission and administration of disputes.
Key Responsibilities
1. To deliver end-to-end HR advisory support across the employee lifecycle (mobilisation, onboarding, performance management).
