In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating the Group Sustainability Report and related reporting policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will be a key technical subject matter expert, engaging with stakeholders across Finance, Sustainability, Risk, Underwriting, and other business teams to support decision-making. You will also manage engagement with external auditors to ensure a smooth assurance process. Your new role Prepare the Group Sustainability Report and related disclosures, ensuring compliance with Australian Sustainability Reporting Standards (ASRS), the Corporations Act 2001, and other applicable regulations. Develop, implement, and maintain sustainability reporting policies, controls, and procedures to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance. Monitor and interpret new and evolving sustainability reporting requirements, assessing their impact and driving timely implementation across the Group. Act as a key technical subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to stakeholders across Finance, Sustainability, Risk, Underwriting, and other business teams to inform strategic and reporting decisions. Prepare documentation for assurance and external audit activities. Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes, controls, and data quality. About you Proven experience preparing sustainability or financial reports in a large organisation. Strong knowledge of ASRS and related regulatory requirements. Experience implementing or maintaining reporting frameworks. Experience in developing policies, controls, and procedures for accurate reporting. Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and influence stakeholders. Experience driving process improvements or change initiatives within reporting functions.
