Industrial Spray Painter / Sand Blaster
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Industrial Spray Painter to join our team at our Carole Park facility. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced painter looking for stable, long‐term employment with a respected engineering company.
About The Role
* Performing high‐quality industrial spray painting
* Completing surface preparation and sandblasting as required
* Applying 3‐coat paint systems (primer, intermediate & top coat)
* Ensuring all work meets safety, quality, and schedule requirements
* Conducting basic QA inspections and maintaining accurate documentation
* Maintaining clean, organised, and safe work areas
Skills & Experience
* Experience in industrial spray painting
* Competency with 3‐coat painting systems
* Ability to assess and check blast profiles
* Knowledge of monitoring environmental conditions including humidity and temperature
* Understanding of QA processes, visual inspections, and documentation
* Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship
Highly Regarded
* Trade Qualification
* Coating Inspection Ticket
* Forklift Licence
