As a Senior Consultant, Enterprise Tax Advisory, you will support clients in understanding how tax legislation can impact their business decisions, helping them plan for continued success and growth. Our team works with a diverse range of clients across sectors including private and listed companies, high net worth individuals, family groups, startups, early-stage high-growth businesses, and Australian subsidiaries of multinational corporations.
About the Role
You will advise clients on complex tax matters, including domestic and international structuring, cross-border transactions, and handling tax authority reviews, audits, and disputes. You will also provide tax advice on asset acquisitions and divestments, financing arrangements, IPO structuring, and related preparations. Additionally, you will manage full client engagement scopes, maintain regular contact, and participate in client presentations and meetings with senior leaders.
Your Skills and Qualifications
To be considered, you should have experience in tax advisory, preferably within a Big 4 or mid-tier professional services firm. You should possess strong technical tax skills. Applicants should have tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Law, or a related field, with a CA or CPA qualification completed or in progress.
