You will influence both client direction and agency culture.What You'll Bring We're looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with commercial acumen and strong people leadership.You will ideally have:6–10+ years' experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare agency account managementProven experience managing senior pharma stakeholders (Marketing Directors, Brand Managers, Medical, Market Access)Deep understanding of the Australian pharmaceutical environment (PBS, compliance, regulatory considerations)Experience across brand launches and/or medical education programsStrong financial management capability (forecasting, scoping, margin management)Experience mentoring and developing junior team membersA collaborative, solutions-focused mindsetHavas network experience or global alignment exposure is advantageous but not essential.Why Bastion Brands?
