We are seeking two Senior HR Business Partner to join a collaborative and high-performing People & Culture team. These roles play a vital part in supporting leaders and employees through contemporary HR practices, enabling a capable, agile, and engaged workforce. About the Role Reporting to the Principal HR Business Partner, you'll provide high-level HR consultancy services across the organisation, with a strong focus on: Employee and industrial relations Complex case and performance management Interpretation and application of public sector legislation, awards, directives and policies Supporting managers with workforce planning and organisational change Leading or contributing to HR policy development and people-related projects You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to advocacy in industrial forums, provide workforce analytics, and support strategic decision-making. What We're Looking For We're seeking someone with: Sound knowledge of employment and HR-related legislation and frameworks Demonstrated experience in providing strategic and operational HR advice, particularly in employee and industrial relations Familiarity with Awards, being able to interpret these and provide advice to hiring managers Experience with positive performance management principals and the ability to coach leaders to these Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, evolving environment A client-centred approach and the ability to lead through influence A qualification in human resource management, industrial relations, or a related field is highly regarded.
