**About the Role**
We are seeking a skilled Laboratory Technician to join our team in the Gastroenterology Clinical Laboratory Service. As a Laboratory Technician, you will contribute to the maintenance of standards of excellence in both the technical and administrative aspects of the routine clinical and research functions of the laboratory.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Providing a Breath Hydrogen testing service under the direction of the Senior Medical Scientist
* Contributing to the Gastroenterology Clinical Laboratory Service quality assurance programs
* Communicating routine diagnostic results to medical personnel
**Requirements:**
* Diploma or Advanced Diploma in a relevant technical discipline
* Experience in medical technical laboratory disciplines
* Ability to collate and interpret data
