Drive cybersecurity adoption across our reseller network as a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role that requires staying ahead of the latest trends.
About the Role
You will play a key role in driving the adoption of Fortinet solutions across our reseller network. This position involves providing Pre-Sales support through the sales process to our reseller base across the Fortinet product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide Pre-Sales support through the sales process to our reseller base across the Fortinet product portfolio.
* Work closely with the Fortinet Technical Director to achieve goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Assist sales teams with scoping solutions, creating Bills of Materials (BoMs) and providing correct part numbers, responding to tenders, performing predictive site surveys for Wireless deployments, keeping up to date with new products, changes to price lists, and support options.
* Providing post-Sales Support where required.
* Ability to deliver Professional Services scoping and Statements of Work (SOW).
* Work closely with our sales team in the planning of meetings and activities.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
* 3-4 years working experience in enterprise technical pre-sales capacity.
* In-depth knowledge of FortiGate Firewalls and associated solutions.
* NSE4 and above certification status.
* Delivering professional services is highly recommended.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
