The Role As the Facility Manager, you will provide strong leadership and oversight across all aspects of clinical care and service delivery within the residence. You will play a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring the highest standards of care for residents. Your responsibilities will include: Leading and supporting all staff involved in the delivery of resident care Overseeing and coordinating all clinical operations within the facility Driving continuous improvement in clinical care and service outcomes Monitoring and mitigating clinical risk while promoting a culture of quality and safety Supporting staff performance, development, and engagement Ensuring compliance with best practice and the aged care standards, organisational policies, and legislative requirements Managing and resolving complaints effectively and professionally About you To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced and confident leader with a solid background in aged care.
