Human Resources Director


We seek an accomplished Human Resources Director to lead our HR strategy and drive organisational development initiatives.



Job Description:



* Key Responsibilities:

*
o Design and execute a national HR strategy to support rapid growth and operational excellence

o Set the HR roadmap for Australia and lead major organisational development initiatives

o Build and mentor a high-performing HR team across sites and hubs

o Oversee workforce planning, talent pipelines, succession, mobility and training

o Ensure strong compliance and modern employment relations practices

o Partner with operations leaders to drive performance, engagement and culture

o Act as the trusted interface with unions, social partners and training bodies

o Support the business through continuous improvement, innovation and change




Requirements:



* Essential Skills and Qualifications:

* 15+ years of HR leadership experience

* Strong HR strategy, organisational development & workforce planning capability

* Strong employment relations capability and confidence with social partners

* Experience supporting large operational or industrial workforces

* Ability to influence, coach and partner senior executives
