What You'll Lead
End-to-end financial control: reporting, compliance, forecasting, budgeting, and ledger integrity
High-volume operations across multiple sites
A team of 10 across finance control and various business partners
Improve strong end to end financial systems, delivering great customer service
What You'll Drive
Clear, fast, reliable financial reporting in a sizeable division
Sharp commercial insights that shape strategy and performance
Continuous improvement and smarter ways of working
Confident stakeholder partnerships across the business
Great customer focus and delivery
What You will need to be
Qualified CA/CPA accountant, with a retail / multi site background
A proactive, solution-focused mindset
Leadership that uplifts, motivates, and builds a high-performance culture
