Job tasks and responsibilities
As the first point of contact for our patients, your welcoming disposition and understanding nature will deliver a great first impression. In addition to exceptional customer service skills, you'll be a competent administrator with responsibility for all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the practice reception. From dealing with the phone, electronic and face-to-face communications, through to a full suite of administrative tasks, you'll work closely with our Practice Manager in a dynamic team environment.
Skills and experience
* Customer Service Experience- required
* 2 years previous experience in a dental practice- required
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Sound computer literacy skills with proficiency in the MS Office suite
