As the leader of our home, you will steer the sustainable delivery of individualised and holistic care of every resident.
What indicative experience and background will you have to be successful in the role?
* Progressive experience in health services leadership and management, ideally in the aged care sector
* Demonstrated management and leadership skills, including coordination of resources, direction of care plans and prioritising clinical care
* Capability in managing a budget aligned to our organisational goals
* Exceptional interpersonal skills, engaging positively with various stakeholders
* Knowledge of contemporary human resources practices, legislation and awards as applicable to the aged care sector
* The ability to motivate, inspire and grow a local team to achieve excellence
