The Role As Marketing Coordinator, you'll own the day-to-day rhythm of Eziway's customer communications — the tools, templates and programs that keep customers informed, engaged and getting the most from their benefits. Hands-on, delivery-focused and right at the heart of our marketing engine. How You'll Work Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications, you'll collaborate closely across: Marketing — Events, social media, onsite activity, sponsorship pages, stock and SharePoint coordination Eziway Car Leasing — Novated lease communications, content direction, product knowledge and EOFY/EV campaigns Software Solutions — System-generated communications templates, post-release regression testing, help centre platform integration Operations — Transitions execution, customer service communications, policy and compliance threading Requirements What You'll Own Case Studies — Monthly production end-to-end: interviews, drafting, sign-off, deployment Testimonials — Quarterly capture cycle, single source-of-truth register, multi-format deployment Comms Calendar — 12-month rolling calendar scheduled 4–6 weeks ahead Templates Library — Quarterly audit, refresh and versioning across all active templates Site Visits — Kits, collateral, pre/post comms and playbook maintenance Policy & Compliance — Sole marketing owner for all policy comms across employer, employee and web Novated Leasing — Weekly, monthly and quarterly comms rhythm for Eziway Car Leasing System Comms — Versioned template library, quarterly reviews and post-release regression testing What We're Looking For Proven ownership of a content calendar and document or template register Cert IV Business Administration, Marketing Qualification or certification in a related field Strong written communications — confident drafting professional employer and employee-facing copy Proficiency with SharePoint, EDM tools (Mailchimp or similar), Canva or Adobe and a CMS Sharp attention to detail across multiple concurrent comms streams Barista experience - preferred not essential Bonus points for experience in financial services, salary packaging, novated leasing, or a regulated B2B environment — and yes, barista skills are genuinely listed as a desirable.
