Responsibilities
Initiate and develop client relationships through calls and meetings
Build a network of high quality candidates relevant to your client portfolio through advertising, headhunting, seeking referrals and exploring our extensive talent database
Generate leads and vacancies, matching client needs with appropriate candidates and strategic recruitment solutions
Engage with customers through on-site meetings, lunches, coffees, networking events and seminars
Guide, feedback and influence customers through the interview process, ensuring opportunities for successful placements
Manage salary and fee negotiations
