Global IT & Services organisation scaling in Australia is seeking a process modeller to work with new clients.
* Start date: Preferably 1st of May (may be flexible as multiple roles are being hired)
* Melbourne based, 2-3 month contract with a view to a permanent position
* Experience required: Business Process Management using SAP Signavio
* Full working rights required
The Process Modeler will be responsible for designing, visualizing, and documenting business processes using SAP Signavio according to BPMN 2.0 guidelines. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business workflows into clear, efficient, and scalable process models, helping organizations achieve transparency and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and create end-to-end process models using SAP Signavio.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define process flows.
* Ensure process models align with business objectives and best practices.
* Maintain and update process models as business operations evolve.
* Develop process hierarchies and value chain diagrams for better visibility.
* Support the creation of process simulation and scenario analysis when required.
* Work with Process Analysts and Miners to ensure data-backed process designs.
* Identify gaps and document them.
Skills/Requirements:
* Strong understanding of business process management (BPM) principles.
* Hands-on experience with SAP Signavio Process Manager or similar tools.
* Understanding of SAP EEC and SAP S/4HANA.
* Analytical mindset with attention to detail in process visualization.
* Strong communication skills to interact effectively with both business and technical teams.
