About the Role:
As an Administration Officer at Pinnaroo Hospital, you will provide professional, confidential, and customer-focused administrative support to clients, staff, and visitors. You will coordinate appointments, manage correspondence, maintain accurate records, and assist with day-to-day operational tasks to ensure the hospital runs smoothly. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, participate in staff development, and support a positive, safe, and culturally sensitive work environment.
What We're Looking For:
* A high level of competency in the use of computers, work processing and office administration processes and procedures.
* Experience in providing administrative & clerical support services.
* Sound word processing and data entry skills.
