Your role
As the Director, Service and Program Delivery, you will lead the statewide delivery of programs, services and practice models that support rehabilitation, wellbeing and community safety across Corrective Services NSW. You will drive the integration of care, case management, psychology, crisis support and rehabilitative practice, ensuring these services are delivered consistently and to the highest professional standards. Through strong operational leadership and strategic insight, you will shape how frontline teams support people in custody and in the community, driving improved outcomes, strengthening practice quality and contributing to safer, more effective correctional environments.
What you'll do
As the Director Service and Program Delivery, you will:
* Lead and manage statewide delivery of offender programs, psychological services, welfare, crisis support and rehabilitative practice models across custodial and community settings.
* Strengthen practice quality by implementing consistent standards, care models and case management frameworks that support rehabilitation and wellbeing.
* Partner with senior leaders and frontline operations to address barriers to effective program delivery and ensure services are integrated, supported and sustained.
* Provide expert strategic advice on practice standards, service delivery models and performance measures to improve outcomes and align with organisational priorities.
* Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams, building capability, accountability and a professional culture that supports high‐quality service delivery.

What we're looking for
* Executive‐level experience leading large and complex service delivery, program delivery or offender intervention environments.
* Deep understanding of rehabilitative practice, behavioural change models and service delivery frameworks in custodial and community contexts.
* Proven capability in leading dispersed multidisciplinary teams and driving cultural, practice and operational uplift.
* Strong strategic, analytical and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence across complex operational settings.
* A commitment to ethical leadership, cultural safety, inclusion and high‐performance environments, supported by relevant qualifications and professional experience.

Corrective Services NSW delivers professional correctional services and programs to reduce reoffending and create safer communities. We manage inmates in custody and supervise offenders in the community, working closely with courts, releasing authorities and partner agencies to support rehabilitation, reintegration and community safety.
