Guided Tours Leader
As a guided tours leader, you will play a key role in delivering engaging and informative tours to visitors. Your primary responsibility will be to share the property's history, architecture, and significance while ensuring a positive visitor experience.
* Lead guided tours providing interesting and educational experiences for visitors
* Share stories and anecdotes to foster discussion and enhance learning
* Create a welcoming atmosphere where visitors feel valued and included
* Monitor the health and safety of visitors and fellow volunteers by adhering to the property's guidelines
Training and Development
Induction and familiarisation visits with the property and staff are provided to ensure a smooth transition into your new role. You will also receive guidance on content delivery, tour techniques, and customer service skills. Ongoing support from staff and fellow volunteers is available to help you succeed in this position.
