At our prime feedlot, we are seeking an experienced farm manager to join us in a permanent full-time capacity. Located 45km north-west of Griffith in southern New South Wales, the facility is a 35,000 head capacity and a major supplier to our Riverina Beef processing facility at Yanco.
The role involves land preparation, crop management, irrigation operations, staff supervision, and ensuring compliance with policies.
We are looking for a candidate with proven leadership capabilities, machinery operation experience, and the ability to work independently and within a team environment. They should also be flexible with working hours during busy periods, highly motivated, and able to adapt to changing circumstances.
